Kathy Riley, PhD, MDiv, is an ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church (USA) who joined the staff of Presbyterian Disaster Assistance who serves as the Associate for Emotional and Spiritual Care. 

Kathy served as a volunteer with the Presbyterian Disaster Assistance (PDA) National Response Team from 2012 -2017 and has responded to natural and human caused disasters. She has completed training with the American Red Cross, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation (ICISF). Kathy currently serves as Secretary for the Emotional and Spiritual Care Committee for the National Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster (VOAD).
