Don Taylor worked for NASA, served with the Air Force during Vietnam, and then worked for Dresser Industries and later Perdue, retiring in Dec 2012 as CIO/CTO. His business background is technology. He established the Chesapeake Housing Mission (CHM) in 2008. CHM is a Christian mission which assists residents in the four lower shore counties of Maryland who live below the poverty level and need basic home repairs. In 2021, CHC completed their 600th project helping those in need. Don has also volunteered with Global Habitat in India, Zambia, Malawi, Nepal, Vietnam, and Brazil.
