Melanie Campbell has 9 years of experience working in various roles for home repair nonprofits throughout the Southeast. Her first role was in construction management for a youth volunteer mission camp where she oversaw project planning and facilitating volunteers. Eventually, she found her niche in donor communications and resource development. She is the member development and engagement coordinator for the ReFrame Association which is the national association of home repair nonprofits. In addition, she currently works in donor communications for Rebuild Upstate in Greenville, SC. Melanie has an MBA with an emphasis in nonprofit management from Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN and a Bachelor of Arts from Kent State University in Kent, OH. She currently lives in Franklin, TN with her husband, daughter, and two dogs.
