Dwayne Spencer, plenary speaker, will share the strategies he’s used over his 20 years at the helm of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Memphis to grow and sustain the organization’s mission, including data-driven fundraising to create sustainability, audience-geared storytelling to touch all the right heartstrings, and mindfully-shaped team dynamics to handle implementation while you're envisioning the next big “thing” for your organization. Dwayne will also discuss his approaches around: capacity building; financial sustainability matrixing; and understanding donor and partner value propositions to secure long-term strategic alliances for greater organizational impact.

Keith Branson will moderate this session and Skip Jones will host the Zoom livestream.

Thank you to the Tennessee Housing Development Agency for sponsoring this session!
