Included in registration for in-person conference attendees. Menu: Warm Dinner Rolls, MeadowView Garden Salad, Italian Spaghetti and Meatballs (or Pasta with Cream Sauce & Vegetables), Iced Tea, Coffee, Hot Tea, and Water. We'll also have cupcakes to celebrate the launch of the new brand for our organization! There will be topic cards on some of the tables to facilitate networking conversations. There will not be virtual networking opportunities at this time.
We will be serving meals (breakfast and lunch on Thursday and breakfast on Friday) in the MeadowView Ballroom in order to allow everyone to spread out more while not masked. (We used to serve breakfast in the exhibit area in Cattails Foyer with tables in the back of the main meeting room, Cattails C & D). Chairs will be separated as far as possible in the room, and the number of chairs at each table will be limited.
The hotel will provide to-go meals for anyone who prefers to eat in their room. Please email blair@reframeassociation.org to request this in advance. The hotel will be able to accommodate last minute requests if necessary.
